Event Management
This service is best suited for someone who wants to take on the planning and vendor booking themselves, but seeks expert guidance on what to do, and how to troubleshoot.
You will save time and energy on research and costly mistakes by having access to a professional with experience, who can share best practices and how to avoid mistakes that they have seen others make in the past. You will have access to us during your planning process through touch-bases and you will get to use our project management software to collaborate. Your event management team will then take over the management of your event day so you can actually enjoy what you have put together.
Flat fee starting at $3,500.00
We will evaluate the requirements for your event, including logistics, location, planning duration, etc. to provide you with an accurate quote.

Event Planning
Someone is there from the beginning to the end and manages every aspect of the planning process including the booking of your vendors, management of your contracts, etc. This is great for busy individuals who do not have enough time to commit to planning their wedding and staying on top of deadlines.
It takes about 400-500 hours to plan a wedding so if you do not have that much time this is a great option for you. This service is also ideal for clients who want to be actively involved in the decision-making process but do not want to manage the booking of the vendors, negotiation of contracts or day-of event management.

Event Design Services
If you decide you require help with your design, we’re here for you. We offer a flat fee for design consultation and producing the design presentation. A percentage will be assessed on your vendor and supplier contracts to manage the booking and production of the design.
