My husband and I enlisted the help of Elements by KH & co because we felt they could best bring continuity from the ceremony to the reception which was taking place at two completely different locations, and at the same time could provide a meticulous level of exquisite design spanning the entire day. We are so lucky to have had Elements - Kimiko, Dane, Nicola, Anae, and everyone else - as our event design and wedding planning team. We worked with them to plan our 2019 destination wedding at Haiku Mill on Maui, an intimate gathering of around 80 close friends and family that entailed multiple events across several days. The Elements team were our eyes and ears and arms and legs on the ground as we worked with them from afar. We can't imagine having done this without them.

The Elements team helped us find the most amazing group of vendors on the island - from a florist, to a DJ and live musicians, to a tailor, and caterers - and worked closely with all of us in the months leading up to the wedding to transform single inspiration photos and vague ideas that existed only in our heads into reality, including the most beautifully realized hanging flower sculptures and strings of starry lights that seemed to fall from the open sky over the wedding reception. No detail was too big or too small for Elements, from working with a local artisan to construct a bespoke platform for the wedding ceremony, to finding the most amazing venues for our rehearsal dinner and after-party, and sourcing loaves upon loaves of our favorite local banana bread as welcome gifts for our guests.

Throughout the week we spent on the island before and after the wedding, the Elements team masterfully coordinated everyone and everything so we and our families and friends could relax and enjoy the once-in-a-lifetime experience together. No challenge was insurmountable and, thanks to Kimiko and her colleagues, the wedding was as wonderful as we could have possibly imagined and created memories that we will treasure for the rest of our lives.

We collaborated with Kimiko and her team for our wedding on Maui in 2018 and the entire experience - leading up to and day of - was extraordinary and unforgettable. She completely understood our vision from Day 1 and not only executed it flawlessly but continued to challenge us and bring new ideas to the table that we never imagined, which resulted in a multi-day wedding that blew our expectations out of the water (and my husband and I are VERY particular people....). She also works with some of the best quality vendors and partners in the industry and matches you perfectly based on your personal profile and tastes, including photography, videography, florals, cocktails, food, music and so much more. I manage massive events for a living so I know exactly how much detail, planning, precision, and organization are required to create something like this, and there was no "t" left uncrossed. I could just sit back and be the "client" with confidence because no detail ever fell through the cracks. Kimiko's creativity, taste, poise, attention to detail, professionalism, and personality were exceptional. We became close friends with her through the process and can't wait to work with her for our anniversary party in a couple of years! Could not recommend Kimiko and her team more.

We are so glad we chose to work with Elements by KH & co for planning our special day. Kimiko and her team not only provided us much needed help with the high-end design and preparation, but they also blew away our expectations in the coordination and execution of the event. We had a lot of ideas going into the planning process. When others were all saying no to us, Kimiko and her team's experience and connections within the industry helped further our ideas to bring them to life, while providing the additional ideas, inspiration, and forethought that was critical to make our wedding weekend nothing short of exceptional. We also had a complex wedding weekend with different locations for the ceremony and reception- technically four different locations if we include the rehearsal dinner and the afterparty. We needed help with not only continuity in the details of the design but also help with the seamlessness in coordination on the day-of. While every couple has a good chance of having some unexpected problems arise, involving anything from weather to guests to vendors, Kimiko and her experienced team at KH & co ensured that the weekend went forward without any issues. We never even knew about any of ours until well after our wedding weekend, only because the team at KH & co took ownership of each of the problems and fixed each of them behind the scenes while we were busy. Their experience was so crucial to making everything go smoothly. Again, so relieved that we found this gem of a team to provide the first-class service that we really needed both leading up to and throughout our important weekend! Best decision we made! This duo truly made our wedding what it was. Five days of events proved no easy endeavour and yet they managed it without a hitch. Not only would we recommend them to friends, we already have and they’ve since been hired! The best part, we now have them as friends for life.
