Discovering Your Vision
We begin with a complimentary consultation and interview so that we can gain a better understanding of what you are looking for and you can gain a better understanding of who we are and how we work. Our team executes a limited number of destination events each year in order to keep the quality and client experience high as well as allow us to continue to coordinate the smallest details to ensure a seamless event experience. Should we both decide to work together we will provide a full breakdown of our process, which is tailored to your unique needs.
Planning Your Priorities
The moment you sign with us we initiate your planning process by establishing the best vendors to suit your unique priorities. Our designer will schedule a meeting with you and our production team will begin to put your logistical plan together to form an initial drafted timeline of your event in order to appropriately begin communicating with your vendors.
Designing Your Experience
Your designer will provide you with a design brief to ensure you are both aligned on your vision before proceeding too far into the design stages. Once you feel comfortable with the direction, we will dive into dreaming up your unique design, producing customer renderings that help bring your event to life. We will present our design plan to you for review, discussion and approval. We know it’s hard to envision your day when you are thousands of miles away and sometimes do not even have the chance to see your venue in person. We work to provide you with a visual understanding of how your vision will all come together and what the experience will look like.
We will review the final design plan and proposed budget, source and secure required talent and vendors based on your selections, and initiate the creation of any custom installations required. We will guide you smoothly through a series of decisions and payment schedules, and provide insight into logistical details. No detail will be overlooked!
Final Client Review Meeting
We meet with you either in person or virtually to walk you through the timeline for your event starting with the arrival to your destination. You will feel prepared for your celebration so you can sit back and enjoy while we take care of the details.
Our team will manage vendor load in, set-up, timeline, any unexpected events (a given with events) and strike at the end of the day so you don’t have to. Your guests may not see the constant check ins, shifting of meetings, quality control checks and behind-the-scenes troubleshooting but that is intentional. Our goal is to always provide our clients and their guests with the feeling that your event was executed effortlessly and flawlessly.
